Bill Stephens is a Watercolour / Mixed Media Artist from Dorchester Ontario.
He retired after serving 42 years in the public safety field.
He was a Certified Police Artist, and served as the former secretary of the
International Police Artists' Guild.
Bill is a proud member of London Community Artists, and currently serves as their President.
In addition, he is also a member of the International Watercolour Society (Canada), and the Ingersoll District Chamber of Commerce
